We want your Hamroid to reach you quickly and discreetly. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping times
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- United States: 5–8 business days (standard).
- Canada & International: 7–15 business days, depending on destination and local customs.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier volume, weather, or customs processing.
Shipping cost
A flat Express Shipping rate applies to every order and is shown at checkout before you pay. There is no minimum spend and no surprise upcharges.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging. There is nothing on the outside of the box that identifies the contents or the nature of the product.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of the product or shipping.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right. Please keep all packaging and take photos of any damage.
