Hamroid FAQ
What exactly is Hamroid?
A pocket-sized portable electric bidet. Instead of wiping with dry paper, you clean with a gentle stream of water, anywhere, no plumbing required.
Why is water better than toilet paper?
Dry paper doesn’t actually clean, it smears and abrades. That friction on delicate skin causes irritation and the micro-tears behind hemorrhoids. Water cleans gently and completely.
Do I need a special bottle?
No. It docks onto any standard water bottle (28mm, the common mineral-water size), or the optional 450ml travel bottle. Fill from any tap.
How does it charge?
An 800mAh rechargeable battery gives about 150 cleans per charge. Recharge it like your phone.
Is it discreet?
It looks like a water bottle, the nozzle retracts and seals, and it ships in plain, unbranded packaging.
Can I use it in public restrooms and while travelling?
Yes, that’s the whole point. It’s self-contained: fill it, use it in the stall, rinse it. Empty the tank before flying and refill when you land.
Is it waterproof / easy to clean?
The body is IPX7 waterproof so you can rinse the whole thing. The nozzle is sealed when stored.
What’s your return policy?
60-day money-back guarantee. If it doesn’t upgrade your routine, send it back for a full refund, no awkward questions.
