Our 60-night money-back guarantee
We stand behind Hamroid. Try it for up to 60 nights from the date your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us and we will arrange a refund of the purchase price — even if you have used the device. This guarantee covers one device per customer.
How to start a return or refund
Email support@hamroid.com with your order number and a short note about the issue. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us; returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
Refunds
Once your request is approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Hygiene & used items
Hamroid is a personal hygiene product. For safety reasons we cannot resell returned units, so we do not require you to ship a used device back in most cases — our team will confirm what is needed when you contact us. For unused, unopened devices, a return may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Damaged or defective items
If your device arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within the guarantee window with your order number and photos. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping you paid.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to request a refund for your original order and place a new one.
